This weekend saw the team back at East Fortune for the Bob McIntyre Memorial weekend, one of the most respected events on the Scottish motorcycle racing calendar.

Named in honour of Scottish racing legend Bob McIntyre, the first rider ever to lap the Isle of Man TT course at over 100 mph, the event celebrates a rider whose achievements helped put Scottish motorcycle racing firmly on the world stage. The Bob Mac weekend remains a favourite among racers and spectators alike, combining great racing with a celebration of the sport's rich history.

The weather certainly played its part. Apart from a brisk breeze on Saturday, the sun stayed out all weekend and conditions were excellent for racing.

On track, Hedzup riders Calum, Ronan and Finlay produced a superb set of results. Across four races each, all three riders finished inside the top ten every time they took to the circuit.

Consistency is often harder to achieve than a single standout result, and the team's ability to deliver strong performances race after race was a real credit to the riders, mechanics and support crew.

Away from the racing, the weekend delivered another reason to celebrate.

Our very own Mia was awarded Marshal of the Year at East Fortune, recognition of the dedication, professionalism and positivity she brings to the circuit. Anyone who knows Mia will know how much effort she puts into supporting racing and helping events run safely and smoothly, making the award thoroughly deserved.

A weekend of sunshine, strong results, top-ten finishes across the board and a Marshal of the Year award.

Not a bad way to spend a weekend at the races.
